Abstract
Un sistema de transporte de material, comprendiendo: una pluralidad de fuentes de material para proporcionar material que va a ser transferido; una pluralidad de ubicaciones de destino para recibir material desde una o más de la pluralidad de fuentes de material, en donde cada ubicación de destino tiene una válvula de entrada de material de destino y una válvula de vacío de destino; una pluralidad de tubos transportadores de material; una pluralidad de bombas de vacío en donde cada bomba de vacío esta operativamente conectada a una o más de las válvulas de vacío de destino a través de uno o más tubos de fuente de vacío, y en donde cada una de las bombas de vacío esta operativamente conectada a una o más de las fuentes de material a través de uno o alas tubos de fuente de vacío y válvulas de vacío de destino respectivas, una o más ubicaciones de destino y uno o más de la pluralidad de tubos de transporte de material; un primer sensor colocado en o cerca de cada válvula de vacío de destino; un segundo sensor colocado en o cerca de cada válvula de entrada de material; un tercer sensor colocado en o cerca de una salida de vacío de cada una de las bombas de vacío; un controlador de sistema programable conectado, a través de cables o en forma inalámbrica, a cada componente del sistema de transporte de material incluyendo una o más fuentes de material, la ubicación o ubicaciones de destino, las bombas de vacío y a cada uno del primer, segundo y tercer sensores; en donde el controlador programable está configurado para determinar cuáles fuentes de material y ubicaciones de destino están operativamente conectadas, directa e indirectamente, a cada una de la pluralidad de bombas de vació utilizando uno o más del primer, segundo y tercer sensores.
