Abstract
Un sistema de producción de caldo de cultivo de microalgas incluye un dispositivo para esterilización de caldo de cultivo utilizando un generador de micro burbujas de aire, un dispositivo de igualación de presión y compresión de aire para la inyección de dióxido de carbono y oxigeno en la atmosfera en el caldo de cultivo; el sistema también incluye un dispositivo de enfriamiento de aire para mantener la temperatura adecuada del caldo de cultivo cuando la temperatura del agua es demasiado alta, un dispositivo automático de suministro de dióxido de carbono para promover la fotosíntesis y un fotobiorreactor vertical sellado para bloquear los contaminantes e incrementar la concentración de oxigeno y dióxido de carbono disuelto; el sistema incluye además un dispositivo de cosecha de alta eficiencia que utiliza membranas de fibras huecas y un dispositivo de secado de aire caliente que utiliza el calor residual generado por la compresión de aire.
