Abstract
Un método de colada bajo presión de succión de acuerdo con la presente invención incluye: con el uso de un dispositivo 1 de colada que se provee con un horno 3 de retención en el cual se acumula metal 2 fundido, un molde 6 de metal que forma una cavidad 5 conjuntamente con un macho 4, un medio 7 de presurización del metal fundido que suministra gas de presurización, y un medio 8 de succión-desalojo que succiona y desaloja el interior de la cavidad 5, un patrón de descompresión preestablecido que se establece de antemano de acuerdo con un proceso de colada se compara con un patrón de la presión medida de la cavidad y el macho que se mide durante la colada real, un patrón de descompresión corregido se calcula con base en la diferencia entre los mismos, y el patrón de descompresión preestablecido en el momento de la siguiente colada se corrige utilizando el patrón de descompresión corregido; incluso si la cantidad de agua en el macho y el estado endurecido utilizando un aglutinante son diferentes, se suprime la ocurrencia de un mal moldeado o defecto de gas.
