Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para tratar un fleje de acero por medio de un líquido de tratamiento en una estación de tratamiento, comprendiendo la estación de tratamiento al menos una sección de pulverización, una sección de inmersión y un medio de recogida común para el líquido de tratamiento, donde el fleje de acero está compuesto de acero inoxidable y es un fleje de acero continuo que está orientado de manera sustancialmente horizontal, tanto en su dirección longitudinal como transversal, donde el fleje de acero tiene una superficie superior y una superficie inferior, donde el método comprende transportar el fleje de acero de manera continua a través de la estación de tratamiento en una dirección de transporte, siendo la dirección de transporte paralela a la dirección longitudinal del fleje de acero, de modo que en un primer paso, el líquido de tratamiento se pulverice sobre la superficie superior del fleje de acero y sobre la superficie inferior del fleje de acero, mientras el fleje de acero está en la sección de pulverización de la estación de tratamiento, en un segundo paso, el fleje de acero se sumerja en el líquido de tratamiento, mientras el fleje de acero está en la sección de inmersión de la estación de tratamiento, donde, mientras se trata el fleje de acero, el líquido de tratamiento se bombea de manera continua fuera del medio de recogida común y a través tanto de la sección de pulverización como de la sección de inmersión de la estación de tratamiento, donde la pulverización del líquido de tratamiento sobre las superficies superior e inferior del fleje de acero se facilita usando unas boquillas de pulverización.
