Abstract

La invención se refiere a un acero inoxidable martensítico para moldes de formación de plástico, que requiere una alta dureza y buena resistencia a la corrosión. El acero inoxidable consiste, en porcentaje en peso (% p) de: carbono 0.56-0.82; nitrógeno 0.08-0.25; carbono más nitrógeno 0.64-1.0; silicio 1.05-2.0; manganeso 0.2-1.0; cromo 12-16; molibdeno 0.1-0.8; vanadio 0.10-0.45; aluminio =0.3; fósforo =0.05; azufre =0.5. Elementos opcionales, el resto es hierro aparte de las impurezas.
