Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para verificar, por un sistema de procesamiento, si un usuario de un dispositivo corresponde con un usuario previamente autenticado. El sistema de procesamiento tiene acceso a una primera imagen y una segunda imagen. La primera imagen es una imagen de un documento de identidad que comprende una imagen del usuario previamente autenticado. La segunda imagen es una imagen capturada por el dispositivo. El método comprende: comparar la primera imagen con la segunda imagen, por lo cual se determina si son imágenes del mismo usuario; y, en el caso de que se determine que las primera y segunda imágenes son imágenes del mismo usuario: designar una de las primera y segunda imágenes como una imagen de mayor calidad; y, almacenar la imagen designada como una imagen validada del usuario previamente autenticado.The present invention relates to a method for verifying, by a processing system, whether a user of a device corresponds to a previously authenticated user. The processing system has access to a first image and a second image. The first image is an image of an identity document comprising a previously authenticated user image. The second image is an image captured by the device. The method comprises: comparing the first image with the second image, whereby it is determined whether they are images of the same user; and, in the event that it is determined that the first and second images are images of the same user: designate one of the first and second images as a higher quality image; and, store the designated image as a validated image of the previously authenticated user.
