Abstract
Un aparato de control de carga útil incluye una cuerda elástica, un mecanismo impulsor de la cuerda elástica, una polea flotante de la cuerda elástica sobre la cual puede pasar una cable de elevación, y una cuerda elástica, en donde la polea flotante de la cuerda elástica puede moverse hacia una posición ya sea en donde la polea flotante se separa y no está en contacto o está en contacto pero no altera la trayectoria en relación al cable de elevación, además en donde la polea flotante de la cuerda elástica puede moverse hacia otra posición de tal manera que la polea flotante embargue el cable de elevación y altere su longitud de trayectoria. De esta manera, cuando una embarcación de superficie marina cae en un evento de movimiento de mar de fondo que de otra forma originaria que la carga útil en el extremo del cable de elevación caiga también, la polea flotante se moverá para incrementar la longitud de la trayectoria que causa un acortamiento de la longitud de la trayectoria, impidiendo de ese modo que la carga útil caiga.
