Abstract

Sistema de cierre para envases del tipo botellas y/o frascos, que a su vez es un dispensador de formulas activas alojadas en un espacio hermético creado en su interior, contando con medios especialmente diseñados para poder evacuarlas hacia el liquido o contenido de la botella en el momento de requerirse realizar la mezcla. Este sistema de cierre está dotado de un espacio tubular diseñado herméticamente para contener en su interior fórmulas activas, y que a su vez contiene un carro de empuje-corte desplazable, el cual es accionado mecánicamente por un tirador externo para cortar los sellos de dicho espacio tubular y empujar las fórmulas activas hacia el interior de una botella o frasco que contengan líquidos en su interior, permitiendo así la mezcla de la fórmula con el contenido de la botella en el instante de ser requerido. . Este tipo de sistemas de cierre, está empezando a ser usado en el campo alimenticio para la incorporación de elementos como vitaminas o minerales, en que sus componentes requieren ser almacenados de forma separada al contenido del envase, con el fin de aumentar su vida útil y mejorar su efectividad. De manera similar, se utilizan en el campo médico y/o farmacológico, permitiendo la mezcla de formulas activas, al momento de ser requerido, evitando así la rápida degradación del compuesto final; en ambos casos, se busca liberar un aditivo particular, herméticamente contenido, breves momentos antes de usar y/o consumir el contenido del envase permitiendo mezclar y posteriormente liberar el producto ya mezclado sin necesidad de retirar el sistema de cierre de la botella o frasco.
