Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para producir una conexión de soldadura por fricción entre componentes planos múltiples (61, 62), localizados uno encima de otro que son mantenidos juntos por un cuerpo de conexión (60) que reposa con un collar (67) sobre un componente (61) y que, con la cara del cuerpo de conexión, forma una zona de soldadura por fricción (63) con el componente inferior (62), siendo la zona de soldadura por fricción producida por la rotación y presión del cuerpo de conexión (60). Después de la formación de la zona de soldadura por fricción (63), en un primer paso, la rotación del cuerpo de conexión (60) se completa, al final de la zona de soldadura por fricción y, en un segundo paso, tras completar la rotación por el cuerpo de conexión (60) antes de contacto del collar (67) sobre el componente superior (61), se ejerce presión sobre el cuerpo de conexión (60) por medio de una herramienta de presión, por medio de el cual el collar (67) es prensado contra el componente superior (61) por deformación.
