Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the surgery and may be applied in orthopedy and traumatology for the tubular bones defects plasty in the event of osteomyelitis of different etiology. The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the transplant before its introduction into the osseous cavity is treated with 3,0 ml of immunocorrector solution during 30-50 min, then after transplantation is irrigated with the immunocorrector solution 3 times a day for 5-7 days by means of a polymeric catheter with an interval of 3-6-12 hours. Leukinferone is used as an immunocorrector diluted with physiological solution in coorelation of 1 : 20.The technical result of the invention consists in activating the reactions of anti-infectious immunity, in increasing the viability of the plastic material.
