The invention relates to the industrial waste recovering, namely, to recovering the used transformer synthetic and mineral lubricating oils.the summary of the invention consists in the heated oil contact with the acid, at further sedimentation, formed strates separation and isolated oil filtration, by that, as acid is used the oxalic acid dehydrate in the quantity of 0,5-1,2 mass % in relation to the oil.the proposed technical solution simplificates the technologicsl operations, excludes the ecological offensive sulphuric acid and allows the oil recovering immediatly in the enter-prise that prevents the waste transportation to the specialized recovering stations.
