Abstract
Inventia se refera la instalatiile de purificare a gazelor, in particular la un aparat cu membrane pentru purificarea fotocatalitica a efluentilor gazosi nocivi si poate fi utilizata, de exemplu, incazangerii. Aparatul include un corp cilindric (1) cu un capac orb (12) si o baza conica (2), dotata cu un racord de evacuare a gazelor purificate (4) cu suber electromagnetic (3). Totodata baza (2) este separata de corpul (1), care este unit cu o teava (5) pentru admisiunea tangentiala a efluentilor gazosi si dotat cu un suber electromagnetic (6), un filtru (7) si un manometru (8). In interiorul corpului (1) este instalat un reflector (11), niste tuburi de cuart (14), un capat al carora estedeschis din exteriorul capacului orb (12) cu lampi ultraviolete (15) instalate in ele, membrane ceramice (16) cu invelis catalitic, capetele carora comunica cu baza conica (2). Intre elementele mentionate, care sunt instalate paralel cu axa corpului, se contine praf de dioxid de titan fin dispersat(17). La baza conica (2) a corpului este conectata o teava (9) cu suber electromagnetic (10) pentruadmisiunea aerului la regenerarea membranelor ceramice, iar suberele electromagnetice (3, 6) si manometrul (8) sunt conectate la un pupitru de comanda (18).The invention relates to gas purification installations, in particular to a membrane apparatus for photocatalytic purification of harmful gaseous effluents and can be used, for example, for heating. The apparatus includes a cylindrical body (1) with a blind cover (12) and a conical base (2), equipped with an outlet of purified gases (4) with electromagnetic suber (3). At the same time the base (2) is separated from the body (1), which is joined by a pipe (5) for the tangential admission of the gaseous effluents and equipped with an electromagnetic suber (6), a filter (7) and a manometer (8). Inside the body (1) is installed a reflector (11), some quartz tubes (14), one end of which is opened from the outside of the blind cover (12) with ultraviolet lamps (15) installed in them, ceramic membranes (16) with catalytic coating, the ends of which communicate with the conical base (2). Between the mentioned elements, which are installed parallel to the axis of the body, there is dust of finely dispersed titanium dioxide (17). At the conical base (2) of the body is connected a pipe (9) with electromagnetic suber (10) for the admission of air when regenerating the ceramic membranes, and the electromagnetic suber (3, 6) and the manometer (8) are connected to a control panel (18). ).
