Abstract

The invention refers to the optical information supports and may be used in holography, micro- and optoelectronics computer engineering.Supports for optical images and holographic information registration contains an electric conductive substrate 1, on which there are subsequently applied a photosensitive injector layer 3, a registration layer 4 and an upper metallic electrode 5. The injection substrate is executed in the form of a thin p-TlSbSe2 compound forming in contact to the electric conductive substrate 1, consisting of SnO 2 , a p-n-heterojunction. By that, the injector and registration substrates 3L $ and 4L 2 thickness is determined by the ratio 2 ≤L $ / L 2 ≤5 at a general thickness of 1,0≤ L=L $ + L2 ≤3,0 µm.
