<pre>The present invention relates to a composition based on a non-cannabinoid extract having a vasodilator and therefore anti-hypertensive effect, obtained from Cannabis sativa from the Moroccan Rif, as well as its preparation process. This preparation, rich in phenolic compounds, has an anti-hypertensive, cholinomimetic vasodilator effect, which gives it promising use against high blood pressure.</pre>
