Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé amélioré pour la préparation du trépostinil et de ses dérivés. Contrairement à l'état de la technique, le procédé selon l'invention utilise le dédoublement enzymatique facilement évolutif d'un intermédiaire clé pour préparer ces composés. Une autre amélioration significative du procédé décrit par rapport aux procédés antérieurs réside dans le réarrangement de claisen régiosélectif d'un précurseur de 5-allyloxy-benzaldéhyde, qui est facilité par un substituant bromo à la position 2.
