Abstract

Il sera équipé d'une puce ou étiquette d'identification automatique qui peut être soit untranspondeur rfid ou un code à barres. Cette puce est soit intégrée dans, ou fixé sur, le cylindre. Cette puce contiendra initialement la iongueur original du matériel enroulé et, grâceà l'utilisationd'un dispositif iecteur de compagnon / écriture relié à un ordinateur hôte, sera ensuite mis à jour àchaque fois que une coupure de mesure est effectué sur le matérial.Lorsque ie dispositif de lecture / écriture lit l'étiquette attachée à un rouleau donné, l‘ordinateurhôte peut fournir iaiongueur exacte de la matière restante sur ce rouleau , sans avoir à le dérouler et mesurer manuellement. L‘ordinateur hôte peut également donner un rapport de synthèse montrantiaiongueur du matériel restant enroulé autour de tous les rouleaux.
