Abstract
La présente invention a trait à un procédé de récolte d'algues et/ou de plantes dans le cadre d'un système ouvert et continu, dans lequel les algues et/ou les plantes sont cultivées sur un substrat submergé, procédé caractérisé en ce que le substrat est déplacé lors de la croissance des algues ou des plantes.
