Abstract

A plant for fish breeding in a closed water circulation system is predicted for industrial fish production. All elements of the cleaning system of the plant, including mechanical filter (2), biofilter (3), aerator (6), sedimentation unit (12), foam skimmer (7) and ultra-violet rays lamp (5) are placed in one basin with a tank for fish (1). Biofilter consists of several sections, construction of which supplies aerobic and anaerobic water cleaning, mechanical adsorption, disinfecting, as well as sedimentation and removing of sediments. Sections of the cleaning system can be placed either in one end of the tank parallel to each other, or consecutively along the fish tank side. To further water circulation, the biofilter canal is built in one form of zigzag and a pump is placed behind the biofilter.
