Special Embodiment of the Invention
The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing 1.
A portable anti-reflux closed chest drainage device, wherein it comprises: a drainage bag 1, the drainage bag 1 1s connected with a liquid-gas shunt bottle 2, and a unidirectional valve 3 is connected in series between the two; a positive pressure balloon 4, the positive pressure balloon 4 is connected to the liquid-gas shunt bottle 2 through an exhaust tube 5; the positive pressure balloon 4 is provided with an the air vent hole 6; a pleural drainage tube 7, one end of the drainage tube 7 is connected in series with the liquid-gas shunt bottle 2.
The use process of this device is:
The drainage device is connected to the pleural cavity through the pleural drainage tube 7 to form a closed drainage system, which drains the gas and liquid in the pleural cavity out of the body, ensures the normal relaxation of the lungs, maintains the respiratory function of the lung tissue, and promotes the wound healing of the lung tissue. In the process of realizing drainage, the liquid-gas mixture drained out enters the liquid-gas shunt 2 bottle 2 through the pleural drainage tube 7, the liquid substance falls into the drainage bag 1 through the Hanno 88 gas shunt bottle 2, and the gas enters the positive channel through the exhaust pipe 5 to the positive pressure balloon 4, and then discharge the outside of the system through the air vent hole 6, which not only solves the problem of lung recruitment, but also realizes the function of preventing reflux due to the setting of the unidirectional valve 3 and the one-way valve 8, and through the positive pressure balloon 4 realizes the function of judging the compression degree of the lungs, improves the drainage accuracy, and facilitates the control of the drainage effect.
Functionally, the drainage device is airtight, which 1s conducive to the recruitment of the lungs. The inlet and outlet of the liquid-gas shunt bottle 2 are all set higher than the inner wall of the bottle, so as to prevent the liquid from flowing backward into the pleural drainage tube 7 when the liquid-gas shunt bottle 2 is tilted. In the exhaust tube 5, a one-way valve 8 is arranged in the inlet of the exhaust tube 5 and the positive pressure balloon 4 to prevent the backflow of the air flow, and the gas is discharged from the body through the elastic contraction of the positive pressure balloon 4. By checking the tension of positive pressure balloon 4 knows the pressure of the pleural cavity, so as to judge the degree of lung compression. The liquid-gas shunt bottle 2 is connected to the drainage bag 1, and the inlet of the drainage bag 1 is equipped with a unidirectional valve 3 to prevent liquid backflow, breaking the previous problems of liquid drainage in the water-sealed bottle, limited movement of the patient, easy dumping of the water-sealed bottle, backflow of liquid and retrograde infection status quo. The drainage device is more accurate in drainage, light and anti-reflux, and patients can carry it around and hang it on their clothes to move freely, avoiding the occurrence of various complications such as pneumonia and bedsores caused by prolonged bed rest.
The one-way valve is connected in series on the exhaust tube.
The setting of the one-way valve 8 realizes the function of preventing backflow and ensures the drainage effect.
