Description
DESCRIPTION LU504092
STANDING LONG JUMP TRAINING DEVICE
[0001] 1. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of sports equipment, and in particular to a standing long jump training device.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Art
[0004] A standing long jump refers to a long jump beginning from a standing pose without run-up, and is a kind of sports integrating physical fitness in terms of a bounce, explosive power, physical coordination and a technique, etc. The standing long jump is a required item in annual physical fitness tests in junior high schools, senior high schools and universities, and has also become one of important factors of measuring the physical fitness of a student. À standing position of the standing long jump is not limited.
During jumping, both feet are only allowed to leave the ground once; and if a person does not jump after the both feet leave the ground and jumps after landing, it is considered as jumping off the ground for consecutive two times and decided as one failed trial jump. This is usually used in athletic training.
[0005] The standing long jump is a sports event for developing the explosive power and a bounce ability of lower limbs. It requires the lower limbs to be coordinated with hip muscles for rapid exertion and matched with swings of upper limbs. So, certain dexterity is required as well. The standing long jump has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience and easiness, and its training can be performed as long as a flat ground is present. During jumping, a person keeps two legs slightly apart, bends knees slightly, leans forward, and pre-swings two arms naturally back and forth for two times with flexing of the two legs. When swinging the two arms vigorously forward and upward from the back, the student thrusts against the ground rapidly with forefeet of the two feet, straightens the knee joints fully and jumps forward with hip spreading at the same time, followed by a forward motion of the body to the maximum, such that the body is in an oblique line in space. After jumping over the highest point, the person bends the knees, holds belly in, stretches lower legs forward, and swings the two arms downward and backward from the top. The person lands on heels first during landing, and buffers landing by bending the knees after landing, with an upper body leaning forward.
If the person wants to improve a standing long jump grade, strength is a basis, and)504092 abilities of coordinated exertion and explosive exertion of the knee joints, the ankle joints and the hip joints are required to be improved especially.
[0006] At present, in the training process of the standing long jump, strength training or bounce training is performed separately; and in the training process of the standing long jump, training of arm swinging coordination of the limbs is very necessary as well. However, there is no device for training arm swinging coordination and arm swinging strength in the market currently.

[0009] A standing long jump training device includes a fixing board, a squat training seat and upper limb strength training belts, where the fixing board is horizontally fixed on the ground; the squat training seat is fixed at an end of the fixing board and includes a support board and a limiting board integrally connected to the support board; and an included angle between the support board and the limiting board is set as 85°-90°.
The fixing board is provided with foot placement boards; the foot placement boards are disposed at a front end of the support board; and the upper limb strength training belts are fixed on two sides of the foot placement boards, and include a first upper limb strength training belt and a second upper limb strength training belt that are provided with auxiliary pulling members respectively.
[0010] Further, the fixing board is a rectangular structure, and fixing holes are formed in the fixing board.
[0011] Further, the included angle between the support board and the limiting board is set as 87°.
[0012] Further, the limiting board is an elastic limiting board.
[0013] Still further, the elastic limiting board is an elastic rubber board.
[0014] Further, the upper limb strength training belts are detachably fixed on the two sides of the foot placement boards.
[0015] Still further, connecting rings are disposed at bottoms of the upper limk,594092 strength training belts, and clamping slots corresponding to the connecting rings are formed on the two sides of the foot placement boards.
[0016] Further, the foot placement boards are shaped like soles of both feet, and anti-slip ridges are disposed on the foot placement boards.
[0017] Further, the upper limb strength training belts are elastic upper limb strength training belts.
[0018] Further, the auxiliary pulling members are gloves or circular rings.
[0019] The present invention has the beneficial effects as follows:
[0020] By disposing the squat training seat, the standing long jump training device in the present invention facilitates correction of a squat amplitude and training of a trainee. By disposing the upper limb strength training belts, the standing long jump training device may assist in training of upper limb strength, and the whole device is concise in structure and convenient to use, and facilitates training of arm swinging coordination and arm swinging strength of the trainee.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION LU504092
[0025] The particular implementations of the present invention are described below in conjunction with the drawing.
[0026] Embodiment 1
[0027] As shown in FIGS. 1-2, the present invention provides a standing long jump training device, including a fixing board 1, a squat training seat and upper limb strength training belts 4. The fixing board 1 is a rectangular structure, and fixing holes 11 are formed in the fixing board 1. The fixing board 1 is horizontally fixed on the ground through bolts or screws; the squat training seat is fixed at an end of the fixing board 1, and includes a support board 2 and a limiting board 3 integrally connected to the support board 2; and an included angle between the support board 2 and the limiting board 3 is set as 85°-90°. In this embodiment, the included angle between the support board 2 and the limiting board 3 is set as 87°, which is an optimal angle between a thigh and a lower leg in a leg bending training process.
[0028] In this embodiment, in order to minimize injuries to a human body and facilitate training of a beginner in a training process, the limiting board 3 is an elastic rubber board.
[0029] In order to facilitate limitation of positions of both feet, the fixing board 1 is provided with foot placement boards 5, and the foot placement boards 5 are disposed at a front end of the support board 2. Specifically, a distance between bottom ends of the foot placement boards 5 and a bottom end of the support board 2 is set as 2 cm. In this embodiment, the foot placement boards 5 are shaped like soles of both feet, and anti-slip ridges 51 having wave structures are disposed on the foot placement boards 5.
[0030] The upper limb strength training belts 4 are detachably fixed on the two sides of the foot placement boards 5, and are elastic upper limb strength training belts 4, specifically, elastic upper limb strength training belts 4 made of a TPE material.
Connecting rings 43 are disposed at bottoms of the upper limb strength training belts 4, and clamping slots 6 corresponding to the connecting rings 43 are formed in the two sides of the foot placement boards 5. In a specific use process, the connecting rings 43 are clamped in the clamping slots 6 for training. The above detachable structure facilitates both a change of the upper limb strength training belts 4 and storage of the device after training.
[0031] The elastic upper limb strength training belts 4 include a first upper limR,s44092 strength training belt and a second upper limb strength training belt that are provided with auxiliary pulling members respectively, and the auxiliary pulling members are glove 42 shaped structures, preferably. The first upper limb strength training belt and the second upper limb strength training belt are ring-like belt bodies; the connecting rings 43 penetrate through bottoms of the ring-like belt bodies; and tops of the ring-like belt bodies are fixedly connected with the gloves 42. In order to facilitate use of the gloves 42 and the elastic upper limb strength training belts after connection, hand inlets 41 are formed between the gloves 42 and the elastic upper limb strength training belts.
[0032] In the specific use process, a trainee stands on the foot placement boards 5 with both feet, sleeves their hands with the gloves 42 of the first upper limb strength training belt and the second upper limb strength training belt, and bends legs. During first training or individual arm swinging strength training of upper limbs, the trainee fits hips to the limiting board 3 for performing upper limb stretching strength training. In the upper limb stretching and arm swinging process in an overall training process of arm swinging coordination and arm swinging strength, the hips are separated from the limiting board 3 for training of arm swinging and standing up for multiple cycles; and the limiting board 3 plays a role of correcting and training a squat bending angle.
[0033] Embodiment 2
[0034] As shown in FIGS. 2-3, on the basis of the embodiment 1, this embodiment is different from the embodiment 1 in that the auxiliary pulling members are circular rings 44. In a specific use process, the trainee holds the circular rings 44 with their hands for stretching training.
