Abstract
본 발명은 화물의 적하시 적재함의 높이를 낮춰 화물의 적재 및 하역을 용이하게 행하고, 터널이나 교량통과시 적재함을 낮춰 화물의 추락을 방지하며, 아울러 주행속도에 따라 적재함의 높이를 가변시킴으로써 주행 안정성 향상에 기여하도록 된, 트럭 적재함의 높이조정장치에 관한 것으로, 차체 및 적재함(10) 사이에 에어 스프링(20)을 장착하고, 에어 스프링(20)에 인테이크 및 이그져스트 마그네트 밸브(31)(41),(32)(42)를 포함하는 레벨링 컨트를 밸브(30)(40)를 연결하며, 인터이크 및 이그져스트 마그네트 밸브(31)(41),(32)(42)를 컨트롤 유니트(50)의 출력단에 연결하여 작동제어되도록 하고, 인테이크 및 이그져스트 마그네트 밸브(31)(41),(32)(42)의 개폐제어를 위하여 컨트롤 유니트(50)의 입력단에 3 포지션 스위치(60)를 연결하여 3포지션 스위치(60)의 접점전환에 따라 에어 스피링(20)에 대하여 에어를 공급 또는 배기시켜 적재함(10)의 높이를 상승 또는 하강조절할 수 있도록 된 것임.

Claims (5)
- 차체 및 적재함 사이에 다수 설치된 에어 스프링; 에어 스프링에 연결되고 공압을 공급 또는 배기시켜 적재함의 높이를 상승 또는 하강, 조정시키도록 인테이크 및 이그져스트 마그네트 밸브를 포함하는 레벨링 컨트롤 밸브; 인테이크 및 이그져스트 마그네트 밸브에 출력단이 연결되어 그 개폐를 제어하는 컨트롤 유니트; 컨트롤 유니트의 입력단에 신호레벨을 인가하도록 연결되어 인테이크 또는 마그네트 밸브를 선택개폐시키는 3포지션 스위치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭 적재함의 높이조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 유니트의 출력단에 부저가 연결되어 레벨링 컨트롤 밸브와 동기 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭 적재함의 높이조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 유니트의 출력단에 레벨링 인디케이터 램프가 연결되어 레벨링 컨트롤 밸브와 동기됨과 동시에 적재함의 높이조정상태를 확인할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭 적재함 높이조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 유니트의 입,출력단에 스피드 센서 및 경고램프가 연결되어 차속이 기준치 이상일 때 레벨링 컨트롤 밸브의 작동전류를 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭 적재함의 높이조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 유니트에 파킹 브레이크 스위치가 연결되어 주차시 이그져스트 마그네트 밸브를 개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭 적재함의 높이조정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
