Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
수동식의 일회용 면도기에 관함.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
케이스내에 여러개의 면도날을 미리 장착가능하게 하므로서 면도날의 분실우려를 없애고 휴대 및 보관이 용이하도록 하며, 사용이 완료된 면도날의 교체가 용이하도록 하고자함에 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
소정의크기로된 밀폐된 케이스(1)내에 여러개의 면도날(2)이 끼워지도록 구성하고 면도날(2)을 소정의 거리로 전진 이동시키는 면도날이송부재(3)를 슬라이드이동이 가능하게 설치되고, 사용이 끝난 면도날을 교체시 이를 케이스(1)외부로 퇴출시키는 면도날퇴출부재(8)를 설치하였다.
따라서 면도날의 분실우려를 없애고 면도날교체 및 사용이 편리한 일회용 면도기를 제공한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 다수개의 면도날(2)을 장착할 수 있도록 된 케이스(1)와, 서로 접속연결되어 상기한 케이스(1)내에 다수개가 일체화로 끼워질 수 있도록 된 면도날(2)과, 상기한 면도날(2)을 앞쪽으로 전진시켜 사용이 완료된 면도날(2a)을 교체하는 면도날이송부재(3)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 면도기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 케이스(1)는 저면판(1b)에 스프링(6)과 면도날퇴출부재(8)가 설치되고, 측면판(1a)에 면도날(2)이 끼워져 이동하는 면도날안내용 홈(4)이 파여지고 연결고리해제봉(5)이 돌출형성되며, 상면판(1C)의 저면에는 면도날 위치고정용의 판스프링(15)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 면도기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 면도날(2)은 측면부에 상기한 케이스(1)의 홈(4)내에 끼워지기 가능하게 끼움테(17)가 돌출형성되고, 걸림봉(18)과 연결고리(19)가 각각 형성되어 이들에 의해 접속결합되며, 상부면에 위치고정용의 판스프링(15)이 끼워지는 경사홈(16)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 면도기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 면도날이송부재는(3) 측면부에 케이스의 흠(4)에 끼워지기 가능하게 끼움테(17a)가 형성됨과 동시에 면도날(2)과 조립가능하게 걸림봉(18a)이 형성되며, 저면에는 스프링접속돌기(21)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 면도기.
