Abstract

수직방향으로 샌드위치조립 스테션과 샌드위치 제조 및 조립을 위한 관련수단으로 구성되는 식료품 함유 샌드위치 제품의 제조장치임.
장치는 압출노출(16) 웨이퍼 선반(20A, 20B) 및 압출된 제품의 반대측에 웨이퍼의 위치를 위한 대응하는 부품, 조립된 샌드위치제품을 받기 위한 지표 휠(24), 랩핑 스테이션으로 및 그로부터 배출단으로 이송하는 이송수단, 여기에서 모든 기계의 부품은 수직 지지대 또는 베이스에 외팔보형으로 장착된다. 샌드위치 제품 조립 스테이션, 지표 휠 및 랩핑 스테이션은 해체할 수 있고 제조할 샌드위치의 크기차이에 대응하여 다른 크기의 부품으로 개체할 수 있다. 또한 컨베어 조립체의 어떤 부품은 수평으로 조절할 수 있는 이동 컨베어수단 및 배출선반을 구비한다.

수직조립 압출 아이스크림샌드위치 제조기(VERTICAL ASSEMBLY EXTRUSION ICE CREAM SANDWICH MAKING MACHINE)

제1도는 본 발명기계의 정면도로서 일차부품 모두를 설정한 것 임; 제2도는 제1도의 장치의 외팔보 구성을 설명하는 측면도; 제3A도 및 제3B도는 다른 각도에서 본 발명의 장치의 랩핑 헤드부분을 보이는 좌측 사시도임, 제3A도에서는 랩핑헤드, 측면 싸기 장치 및 밀대가 보이고, 제3B도에서는 측면사기핑거가 제거된 것을 제외한 모든 부품을 나타낸다, 제4도는 본 발명에 따라 개장을 위하여 랩핑부로부터 제거된 각 부품의 평면도, 제5도는 제3A도 및 제3B도와 내용이 유사한 사시도로서 본 발명의 장치의 랩핑헤드 부에 위치하는 랩 종이의 절단 점을 측정하는 기어를 설명한다, 제6도는 스프로켓과 체인을 포함한 컨베이어 및 지료 휠의 공 작용을 예시하는 본 발명의 장치의 정면 부분도, 제7도는 제6도와 유사한 부분정면도로서 후반의 제거를 위한 지표휠의 길 바깥으로 나가는 하향 컨베어 회전을 설명함, 제8도는 본 발명의 장치의 후부 카비넷과 하드웨어를 나타내는 우측사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 다음과 같이 구성되는 샌드위치 제품의 제조기계; A. 공급 단과 배출단을 갖는 베이스; B. 수직하향의 식료품충전 재료의 배출을 위한 압출기노즐; 상기 압출노즐의 반대측에 대하는 공급 웨하스를 위한 쌍으로 된 웨하스 선반; 상기 식료품충전 재료와 접촉하도록 웨하스를 밀어주는 관련의 수직으로 왕복하는 웨이퍼 밀대 날 수단으로 구성되는 샌드위치 제품 조립 스테이션; C. 상기 샌드위치제품 조립 스테이션 아래수직으로 장착되는 회전가능 지표휠, 상기 지표 휠은 조립된 샌드위치를 상기 배출 단으로 향하여 이송하기 위하여 수납하고 전달하는 다수의 주변에 위치한 포켓으로 규정되며; D. 상기 지표 수단과 상기 배출단 말단 배출단으로부터 연장된 입구단을 갖는 컨베어 조립체, 다음과 같이 구성되는 상기 컨베어 조립체; i. 상기 지표 휠로부터 상기 샌드위치를 수납하고 상기 배출단을 향하여 상기 샌드위치를 밀어주는 움직이는 컨베어 수단, 상기 컨베어 수단으로부터 돌출되는 다수의 손잡이돌기 및 상기 포켓의 밖으로 상기 샌드위치를 맞물리고 밀어주는 상기 지표 휠과 관련되어 장치되는 컨베어 수단, 및 ⅱ. 상기 컨베어 수단의 중간에 배치된 컨베어 트랙 수단; E. 상기 움직이는 컨베어 수단의 배출단에 위치하는 랩핑 조립체, 상기 랩핑 조립체는 상부 플렛폼을 가지는 랩핑헤드, 상기 플렛폼에 샌드위치제품을 상향 이 손하는 축, 상기 샌드위치를 상기 플렛폼으로 이송하는 엘베이터 수단, 상기 축에 접하여 왕복으로 장치되는 측면 싸기 수단 및 상기 플렛폼에 접하여 장치되어 왕복가능의 밀대 봉은 상기 싸진 제품을 상기 엘레베터를 떠난 상기 배출단으로 향하도록 밀며; F. 여기에서 상기 베이스는 수직벽부로 구성되고, 여기에서 상기 샌드위치 제품 조립스테이션, 상기 샌드위치 컨베어 수단, 상기 샌드위치 랩핑 조립체 및 상기 컨베어 슬라이드 수단은 모두 상기 베이스상에 외팔보형 관계로 장치된다.
  2. 다음과 같이 구성되는 샌드위치 제품의 제조기계; A. 공급 단과 배출단을 갖는 베이스; B. 수직하향의 식료품충전 재료의 배출을 위한 압출기노즐; 상기 압출노즐의 반대측에 대하는 공급 웨하스를 위한 쌍으로 된 웨하스 선반; 상기 식료품충전 재료와 접촉하도록 웨하스를 밀어주는 관련의 수직으로 왕복하는 웨이퍼 밀대 날수단으로 구성되는 샌드위치 제품 조립 스테이션; C. 상기 샌드위치제품 조립 스테이션 아래수직으로 장착되는 회전가능 지표 휠, 상기 지표 휠은 조립된 샌드위치를 상기 배출 단으로 향하여 이송하기 위하여 수납하고 전달하는 다수의 주변에 위치한 포켓으로 규정되며; D. 상기 지표 수단과 상기 배출단 말단 배출단으로부터 연장된 입구단을 갖는 컨베어 조립체, 다음과 같이 구성되는 상기 컨베어 조립체; i. 상기 지표 휠로부터 상기 샌드위치를 수납하고 상기 배출단을 향하여 상기 샌드위치를 밀어주는 움직이는 컨베어 수단, 상기 컨베어 수단으로부터 돌출되는 다수의 손잡이돌기 및 상기 포켓의 밖으로 상기 샌드위치를 맞물리고 밀어주는 상기 지표 휠과 관련되어 장치되는 컨베어 수단, 및 ⅱ. 상기 컨베어 수단의 중간에 배치된 컨베어 트랙 수단; E. 상기 움직이는 컨베어 수단의 배출단에 위치하는 랩핑 조립체, 상기 랩핑 조립체는 상부 플렛폼을 가지는 랩핑헤드, 상기 플렛폼에 샌드위치제품을 상향 이손하는 축, 상기 샌드위치를 상기 플렛폼으로 이송하는 엘베이터 수단, 상기 축에 접하여 왕복으로 장치되는 측면 싸기 수단 및 상기 플렛폼에 접하여 장치되어 왕복가능의 밀대 봉은 상기 싸진 제품을 상기 엘레베터를 떠난 상기 배출단으로 향하도록 밀며; F. 상기 샌드위치 제품 조립스테이션, 상기 샌드위치 지표 수단 및 상기 랩핑 수단은 상기 기계로부터 제거할수 있고 다른 크기의 부품으로 개체가능하며 여기에서 상기 컨베어 수단과 상기 컨베어 슬라이드 수단은 측면적으로 조정할 수 있으며, 모두 상기 기계에 의하여 제조되는 샌드위치제품의 크기의 차이에 수반하여 장치된다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 플렛폼으로부터 상기 배출 단으로 연장되는 배출 컨베이어를 추가로 갖는 기계.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 배출 컨베어는 슬라이드수단으로 구성되는 기계.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부 플렛폼으로부터 상기 배출 단으로 연장되는 배출 컨베어를 추가로 갖는 기계.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 배출 컨베어는 컨베어 슬라이드수단으로 구성되는 기계.
