Abstract
본 발명은 카올린으로부터 건전지용 고체전해질인 베타-알루미나를 제조하는 방법.에 관한 것인데 상기의 베타-알루미나의 제조방법.으로는 출발원료를 단순한 계기적인 혼합을 통해서 행하는 방법.과 졸-겔(Sol-gel)법과 옥살레이트(Oxalte)법 등의 방법.이 있다. 그런데 기계적인 혼합은 불순물의 도입가능성이 높고 원료 조성의 불균질성이 발생하기 쉬우며, 졸-겔( Sol-gel)방법.과 옥살레이트(Oxalte)방법.은 반응조건의 복잡성, 재현성, 원료공급 및 가격면에서 많은 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 발명은 대량으로 매장되어 있는 카올린을 산처리하여 경제적인 침전법으로 균일한 입도 분포 및 균일한 조성을 가진 고체전해질인 베타-알루미나의 분말을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.The present invention relates to a method for producing beta-alumina, a solid electrolyte for batteries from kaolin.
