Abstract

본 발명은 동충하초, 구기자 및 인삼엑스를 함유한 기능성음료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 1) 열정제수에 동충하초엑스와 구기자엑스를 넣어 혼화후 감미제 1.0~20.0%, 산미제 0.05~1.0%를 가하고 용해시킨 다음, 2) 정제수에 비타민류와 칼슘염류를 가하고 용해시킨 액을 1)의 액과 혼합한후, 3) 폴리소르베이트등의 안정화제와 염화나트륨등 교미제 및 아미노산류를 가하여 균질화시킨후, 4) 여기에 인삼엑스를 가하고 카페인, 과일향, 보존제등을 가하여 호모게나이져로 균질화시키고 여과, 원심분리, 멸균 및 숙성시켜 신규의 기능성음료를 제조하는 것이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 동충하초, 인산 및 구기자분말을 각각 또는 혼합하여 생약량의 6-10배량의 수용성 저급 알코올 혹은 정제수로 2 내지 8시간동안 환류추출 혹은 1-3일간 냉침추출하거나, 수용성저급알코올 혹은정제수로 1 내지 3일간 냉침후 2-8시간동안 환류추출하거나, 비극성용매를 가하여 지방등을 이산화탄소 5-10kg/㎠/hr 조건에서, 1-2일간 초임계 추출방법을 이용하여 추출하고, 비극성용매 추출잔사를 수용성 저급알코올 1-2리터에 추출보조제인 알칼리 염류 0.01-0.1% 혹은 유기산 0.02-0.06%, 안정화제인 씨클로덱스트린류 0.1-0.2%를 첨가하여 2-8시간동안 환류 추출하여 얻은 추출액을 열시 혹은 냉시에 100mesh로 감압 여과하고 다시 2차 1μm filter로 여과하여 얻은 액을 스프레이 농축하여 동충하초, 인삼 및 구기자의 각각 또는 혼합된 건조엑스 혹은 연조엑스로 제조하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 따라 제조한 동충하초, 인삼 및 구기자의 주생약엑스와 각종 비타민류, 아미노산류, 무기물공급원, 영양공급원, 식이성섬유를 혹은 카페인류중 1종 이상과 산미제, 감미제, 보존제, 교미제, 착향제, 안정화제, 천연과즙류 중 1종 이상을 용제에 함유한 기능성 음료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 비타민류로는 니코틴산아미드, 비타민 A, B1, B2, B12, C, D2, B3, E, 엽산중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 아미노산류로는 L-라이신, DL-메치오닌, L-발린, 비오틴, L-시스테인, L-시스틴, L-트립토판, L-트레오닌, L-페닐알라닌, L-글리신중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 무기물공급원중 칼슘염류로는 판토텐산칼슘, 글루콘산칼슘, 칸산칼슘, 구연산칼슘, 식물성칼슘, 동물성칼슘, 오이스터쉘파우더칼슘중 그의 염료를 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 사용하고, 철염류로는 구연산철, 젖산철, 후마르산철중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 영향공급원으로는 벌꿀 또는 로얄제리를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 식이성섬유로는 화인화이바, 폴리덱스트로스중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 산미제로는 구연산, DL-사과산, 호박산중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 감미제류로는 이성화당(고과당), 아스파탐, 스테비오사이드, D-소르비톨액, 글리실리진산염류, 백당중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 보존제류로는 안식향산 및 그의 유도체, 데히드로초산 및 그의 염류, 소르빈산 및 그의 염류중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 착향제로서는 혼합과일향, 사과향, 요구르트향, 드링크향중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제로는 소르베이트류중 폴리소르베이트 20, 폴리소르베이트 40, 폴리소르베이트 80중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 천연과즙류로는 사과, 배, 파인애플, 라임, 귤, 그레이프후르츠, 복숭아, 구아바, 살구, 딸기, 레몬, 자두, 메론중 단독 또는 2종 이상 배합하여 함유함을 특징으로 하는 기능성음료.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 기능성음료가 동충하초엑스 0.0001-20%, 구기자엑스 0.001-20%, 인삼엑스 0.01-10%, 백당 1.0-30%, 포도당 1.0-20.0%, 구연산 0.05-1.0%, 비타민 B60.0001-1.0%, 니코틴산아미드 0.0001-1.0%, 비타민 B20.0001-0.5%, 비타민 C 나트륨 0.001-0.1%, 판토텐산칼슘 0.01-1.0%, 폴리소르베이트 0.001-2.0%, 염화나트륨 0.001-1.5%, 호박산이나트륨 0.001-10.0%, 엘-글루타민산나트륨 0.001-3.0%, 무수카페인 0.001-10.0%, 안식향산나트륨등 0.05-0.1%를 함유하는 기능성 음료.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 기능성음료가 보양성 생약으로 사용되는 생약엑스 0.001-30% 혹은 아미노에칠설폰산 0.01-10%을 추가로 함유하는 기능성음료.
  16. 제2항에 있어서, 용제는 정제수 또는 에칠알코올임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료.
  17. 열정제수에 동충하초엑스와 구기자엑스를 넣고 혼화후, 감미제 1.0~20.0% 산미제 0.05~1.0%를 가하고 용해시킨후, 여기에 정제수에 비타민류와 칼슘염류를 용해시킨 용액을 혼화한 다음, 안정화제, 교미제 및 아미노산류를 가하여 균질화시키고, 임삼 엑스를 가한후 카페인, 과일향, 보존제등을 가하여 호모게나이져로 균질화시키고 여과, 원심분리, 멸균 및 숙성시켜 기능성 음료를 제조하는 방법.
