Abstract
본 발명은 엔진 냉열사이클시험장치에 관한 것으로서, 자동차엔진등의 실린더헤드부의 개스킷시험 등을 위하여 엔진(E)의 재킷과 유체관(2,3)으로 연결되는 수냉시스템(W′)을 구비하는 엔진 냉열사이클시험장치에 있어서; 상기 장치는 엔진(E)과 수냉시스템(W′)사이에 수온의 급속냉각 및 가열을 위하여 엔진측과 수냉시스템(W′)의 독립된 유체회로를 구성, 제어하게 하는 급속냉각제어부(RC)를 부가적으로 더 구비하며, 상기 수냉시스템(W′)은 열교환기(10)와 가열수단인 히터(11) 및 솔레노이드냉각수밸브(S1)을 가지는 유로관(P1,P2)에 냉각수가 공급되고, 상기 급속냉각제어부(RC)는 엔진(E)측과 수냉시스템(W′)을 독립적으로 가열, 냉각하는 유로제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하여; 본 발명의 엔진 냉열사이클시험장치는 고온열충격시에 엔진과 수냉시스템(W′)의 각각 독립하게 발열하게 함으로서 정상상태에서의 시험에 요구되는 수온에 최소의 열량으로 상승하게 하는 효과를 가지며 급속냉각제어부를 별도로 구성하여 수냉시스템과 연결하게 함으로서 측정 대상의 엔진에 따라서 다양하게 적용할 수 있게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.The present invention relates to an engine cooling / heating cycle test apparatus, and is provided with a water-cooling system (W ') connected to a jacket of an engine (E) by fluid tubes (2, 3) for gasket testing of a cylinder head part of an automobile engine 1.
