Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 원터치식 주차브레이크 조작장치에 관한 것으로, 주차브레이크 조작레바(1)의 조작버튼(1a)에 솔레노이드(2)를 매개로 록킹캠(3)이 연결되고, 이 록킹캠(3)은 항상 반시계방향으로 밀려져 조작레바(1)를 록킹시킬 수 있도록 압축스프링(4)과 연결되며, 상기 조작레바(1)의 하부에는 정.역회전이 가능한 모우터(5)의 출력축에 연결된 록킹판(6)이 일체로 부착되고, 이 록킹판(6)의 요철면(6a)은 상기 록킹캠(3)과 선택적ㅇ로 치합되어 조작레바(1)를 록킹시키거나 해제시키게 되어 있는 한편, 상기 조작레바(1)의 하부에는 조작레바(1)의 조작을 감지하는 조작감지센서(7)가 부착되고, 이 조작감지센서(4)에 의해 감지된 신호는콘트롤러(8)로 입력되게 연결되며, 이 콘트롤러(8)의 입력측에는 자동차의 수평을 감지하는 수평감지센서(9)가 연결되는 반면에 상기 콘트롤러(8)의 출력측에는 상기 모우터(5)와 솔레노이드(2)가 제어전류를 인가받을 수있도록 연결된 구조로 되어, 자동차를 경사지에서 주차시킬 때에 운전자가 조작레바를 원터치하게 되면, 모우터에 의해 조작레바가 자동적으로 회동되어 주차브레이크가 걸리게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 주차브레이크 조작레바(1)의 조작버튼(1a)에 솔레노이드(2)를 매개로 록킹캠(3)이 연결되고, 이 록킹캠(3)은 항상 반시계방향으로 밀려져 조작레바(1)을 록킹시킬 수 있도록 압축스프링(4)과 연결되며, 상기 조작레바(1)의 하부에는 정.역회전이 가능한 모우터(5)의 출력측에 연결된 록킹판(6)이 일체로 부착되고, 이 록킹판(6)의 요철면(6a)은 상기 록킹캠(3)과 선택적으로 치합되어 조작레바(1)를 록킹시키거나 해제시키게 되어 있는 한편, 상기 조작레바(1)의 하부에는 조작레바(1)의 조작을 감지하는 조작감지센서(7)가 부착되고, 이 조작감지센서(4)에 의해 감지된 신호는 콘트롤러(8)로 입력되게 연결되며, 이 콘트롤러(8)의 입력측에는 자동차의 수평을 감지하는 수평감지센서(9)가 연결되는 반면에 상기 콘트롤러(8)의 출력축에는 상기 모우터(5)와 솔레노이드(2)가 제어전류를 인가받을 수 있도록 연결된 구조로 이루어진 자동차의 원터치식 주차브레이크 조작장치.
