Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 변속레버의 길이를 사용자 임의대로 가변할수 있는 변속레버의 길이조정장치를 제공하기 위하여 트랜스미션으로 이어지느 변속레버 암(30)의 상단에 설치되는 베어링(32)에 의해 회전안내되는 조정나사(34)의 상단부에 수나사부(34a)를 형성하고, 운전자가 손으로 잡는 변속레버 손잡이부(40)의 하단부 내측에는 상기 수나사부(34a)와 나사결합되는 암나사부(44a)를 형성하되 그 암나사부(44a)의 내측 천장에 각봉(46)을 하측으로 돌설하여 상기 조정나사(34)의 중앙에 형성되어 있는 각구멍(50a)에 미끄럼결합하는 한편, 상기 조정나사(34)의 하단부에는 환형요홈(34e)을 가진 축방향 이탕방지봉(38)을 형성하여 상기 변속레버 암(30)의 일측에 설치되어 축의 직각방향으로 작용되는 탄성력을 가진 볼프런저(60)의 강구(60a)에 예압접촉시켜 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 트랜스미션으로 이어지는 변속레버 암(30)의 상단에 설치되는 베어링(32)에 의해 회전안내되는 조정나사(34)의 상단부에 수나사부(34a)를 형성하고, 운전자가 손으로 잡는 변속레버 손잡이부(40)의 하단부 내측에는 상기 수나사부(34a)와나사결합되는 암나사부(44a)를 형성하되 그 암나사부(44a)의 내측 천장에 각봉(46)을 하측으로 돌설하여 상기 조정나사(34)의 중앙에 형성되어 있는 관통구멍(34d)을 통해 상기 변속레버 암(30)의 하측 내부에 설치되어 있는 회전방지편(50)의 중앙 형성되어 있는 각구멍(50a)에 미끄럼 결합하는 한편, 상기 조정나사(34)의 하단부에는 환형요홈(34e)을 가진 축방행 이탈방지봉(38)을 형성하여 상기 변속레버 암(30)의 일축에 설치되어 축의 직각방향으로 작용되는 탄성력을 가지는 볼플런저(60)의 강구(60a)에 예압접촉시켜 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속레버의 길이 조정장치.
