본 발명은 파종용 육묘포트(Pots)를 피트모스(Peat moss) 및 제지 리젯트가 혼합된 원료로 함으로서 작물의 장기간 육묘시 포트의 성형유지 강도가 우수하고, 포트를 정식(이식)후에는 분해가 용이하여 토양의 산성화를 막아주고, 작물에 영양공급으로 성장을 촉진시키는 파종용 육묘포트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 피트모스와 제지 리젝트가 50∼70:0∼50중량% 조성된 파종용 육묘포트로 구성되고, 상기한 포트를 제조함에 있어서는 상기 이윤의 원료를 물과 혼합하여 교반하여 준비하는 단계와, 구멍이 통공되고 그릴망이 내재된 포트 형상을 갖는 포트 성형몰드를 준비하는 단계와, 상기 포트 성형몰드를 상기 혼합액에 침적하고 진공흡입하여 원료가 그릴망에 부착되도록 하여 포트를 성형하는 단계와, 구멍이 통공된 탈형몰드를 상기한 포트 성형을 마친 성형몰드에 끼워 진공흡입하여 포트를 탈형몰드에 이탈되도록 하는 단계로 이루어진 기술이다.The present invention uses the seedling pot (pots) for seeding as a raw material mixed with peat moss and paper repellent, so that the mold holding strength of the pot is excellent during long-term seedling of the crop, and the pot is decomposed after transplantation.
