Abstract

본 발명은 횡편인타샤기에 관한 것으로 좀더 상세하게는 선등록 특허 제51617호 “횡편인터샤기의 무늬사 자동공급장치”의 구성을 개량시킨 것으로 편직사를 안내하는 사도를 기설정된 편직조건에 따라 위치 이동시켜주기 위한 사도이동구와 횡편기의 바늘을 동작시켜 편직시키기 위한 캐리지를 일체로 구성시키도록 하여 작업능률의 향상 절사방지, 제품의 불량율 감소, 다양한 물리적 성질의 사를 적용시킬 수 있도록 하여 사용효과를 극대화시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 고정협지구(2)에 끼워진 사도(3)를 무늬사배열 위치에 따라 위치이동시켜 주기 위한 사도이동구(1)와, 횡편기의 바늘(5)을 동작시켜 편직을 행하기 위한 캐리지(4)를 포함하는 공지의 구조 있어서; 상기 사도미동구(1)를 캐리지(4)상에 일체로 결합구성시켜 무늬사배열 과정인 사도(3)의 위치이동과 동시에 편직이 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동시동작이 가능한 일체형의 캐리지와 사도이동구를 갖는 횡편인타샤기.
