Abstract

본 발명은 승용차용 리어 시트 쿠션의 전방부 고정구조에 관한 것으로서, 리어 시트 쿠션의 전방부를 플로워 패널에 고정할 때 그 작업이 편리하고 신속하며, 힘이 적게 들도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 플로워 패널(1)의 좌우 양측에 구멍(2)을 뚫어 클립(3)을 끼우고, 리어 시트 쿠션(4)의 프레임(5)(5′)의 상기 클립(3) 대응위치에 훅 고정판(11)(11′)을 그 일측에 지지홈(12)을 형성하여 끼워서 슬라이딩 할 수 있게 하고, 상기 훅 고정판(11)(11′)의 타측에 걸림턱(13)(13′)이 형성된 탄성이 있는 훅(12)을 힌지결합하여 훅(12)을 클립(3)에 끼워 고정한 것이다.
또한 훅(12)의 걸림턱(13)(13′) 상부와 훅 고정판(11)(11′)의 힌지부위에 걸림구멍(14)(14′)(15)(15′)을 뚫어서 걸림구멍(14)(14′)에는 오메가형 판 스프링(16)의 몸체(17)를 끼우고, 걸림구멍(15)(15′)에는 지지편(18)(18′)을 끼워 고정한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 플로워 패널의 좌우 양측에 구멍을 뚫어 클립을 끼우고, 리어 시트 쿠션의 프레임에 훅 고정판을 슬라이딩 할 수 있게 설치하며, 훅 고정판의 타측에 훅을 힌지결합하여 훅을 클립에 끼워 고정한 승용차용 리어 시트 쿠션의 고정구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 훅의 상부와 고정판의 힌지부위에 걸림구멍을 각각 뚫어 판 스프링을 끼워 고정한 승용차용 리어 시트 쿠션의 고정구조.
