Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 라디에이터용 냉각수 보충장치에 대한 것으로 발명의 주된 목적은 라디에이터 내부의 냉각수가 점차 줄어들어 위험 수위에 이르렀을 때 이를 운전자에게 알려 주고, 또 한편으로는 냉각수가 자동적으로 보충되어 운행에 지장이 없도록 하는 데 목적이 있는 것이다.
이를 위한 특징적인 구성은 라디에이터의 일측으로 돌설하되, 상 ˙ 하단이 라디에이터와 같이 밀폐된 파이프부를 형성하고, 상기한 파이프부의 중단에 마련된 플랜지접점과 그 내부의부구에 마련된 부동접점으로 이루어진 스위치기구를 마련하여, 상기한 스위치기구의 접점이 ON되어 전원이 도통될 때 작동하는 릴레이가 솔레노이드밸브와, 펌프를 구동시켜 보충수 탱크의 냉각수를 라디에이터로 자동공급할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 라디에이터(1)의 일측으로 돌설하되, 상·하단이 라디에이터(1)와 같이 밀폐된 파이프부(11); 상기한 파이프부(11)의 중단에 마련된 플랜지접점(21)과 그 내부의 부구(22)에 마련된 부동접점(23)으로 이루어진 스위치기구(2); 상기한 스위치기구(2)의 접점이 ON되어 전원이 도통될 때 작동하는 릴레이(3); 및 상기한 릴레이(3)의 접점(31)이 ON될 때 작동하되, 솔레노이드밸브(41)와, 펌프(42)와, 발광램프(43)로 이루어진 작동부(4)로 구성하여 상기한 스위치기구(2)가 도통될 때 작동부(4)가 작동하여 보충수 탱크(5)의 냉각수를 라디에이터(1)로 자동공급할 수 있도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 라디에이터용 냉각수 보충장치.
