Abstract

데이터가 저장된 메모리와 회로 전체를 제어하는 주제어기에 있어서, PC측에서 수치제어 데이터를 신호를 변환하는 RS-422신호 변환부에서 주제어기로 수치제어 데이터를 전송하는 주변장치부와 포트 선택 신호를 전송하는 주변 인터페이스부의 신호와 TTL신호가 같이 신호변환되게 하는 RS-232C신호 변환부의 RS-232신호를 해당 공작기계 펀치 패널부로 데이터를 전송하는 장비를 마련하여 RS422통신을 이용하여 PC와 중계장치가 접속되므로 통신 거리가(최대 거리 1.2㎞)으로 연장되며, 상기 통신거리가 1.2㎞이므로 사무실에서 PC를 이용하여 수치제어 프로그램을 각 기계로 송수신할 수 있다. 주변 장치 인터 페이스부에 의해 1~16까지 포토를 선택할 수 있으므로 다수의 기계 최대 16대와 한 대의 중계장치로 수치제어 프로그램 송수신이 가능하게되며 수신되는 수치데이타를 버퍼링하면서 송신을 하므로 대용량의 수치제어 프로그램도 송,수신이 가능하다.In the main controller for controlling the memory and the entire circuit where data is stored, the peripheral unit for transmitting the numerical control data to the main controller and the port selection signal are transmitted from the RS-422 signal converter for converting the signal to the numerical control data on the PC side.
