Abstract

본 발명은, 압축기 하우징(1)내에 상기 하우징에 대해 편심 배치된 휠(4) 및 휠(4)의 정면에 배치된 적어도 하나의 제어 플레이트(5)를 갖춘 액체링 압축기에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제어 플레이트는 압축될 액체의 공급 및 유출을 위한 하나의 흡입 슬릿 및 하나의 압력 슬릿(16;17)을 포함하고, 또한 휠(4)의 허브(9)에 의해 방사형으로 덮인 영역에 회전하는 분배 홈(10)을 포함하며, 작동 액체가 밀봉 액체로서 공급 개구(11)를 통해 상기 홈내로 운반된다. 제어 플레이트 및 휠 허브 사이에 있는 축방향 갭의 밀봉은, 작동 액체의 공급 압력과 휠 셀내의 압력 사이의 비교적 높은 차압이 나타나는 공급 개구(11)의 측면 영역에, 분배 홈내로 돌출하는 로킹 장치(18)가 제공됨으로써 개선된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 압축기 하우징(1)내에 압축기에 대해 편심 배치된 휠(4) 및 휠(4)의 정면에 배치된 적어도 하나의 제어 플레이트(5)를 포함하고, 상기 제어플레이트는 압축될 액체의 공급 및 유출을 위한 하나의 흡입 슬릿 및 하나의 압력 슬릿(16 및 17)을 포함하며, 또한 휠(4)의 허브(9)에 의해 방사형으로 덮인 영역에 회전하는 분배 홈(10)을 포함하고, 작동 액체가 밀봉 액체로서 공급 개구(11)를 통해 상기 홈내로 운반되도록 구성된 액체 링 압축기에 있어서, 방사 방향으로 분배 홈(10)내로 돌출하는 로킹 장치(18)가 작동 액체의 공급 압력과 휠 셀내의 압력 사이의 비교적 높은 차압이 나타나는 공급 개구(11)의 측면 영역에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로킹 장치(8)는 분배 홈(10)의 전체 방사 방향 높이에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 압축기.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 분배 홈(10)은 휠(4)의 샤프트(8)에 방사 방향으로 직접 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 압축기.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 공급 개구(11)는 휠(4)의 회전 방향을 고려하여 흡입 슬릿(16)의 단부 및 압력 슬릿(17)의 입구 사이의 영역에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 링 압축기.
