본 발명은 사람 손에 의하여 짜여진 듯한 쾌적감을 주는 실을 공업적으로 제조하는 것에 있다.
혼방 공정에 있어서, 슬리버 또는 조사의 공급에 1/f변동의 신호를 부여하며, 혼방 슬리버, 혼방 조사 또는 혼방사의 혼방률에 1/f변동의 변동을 갖게하며, 자연스러운 쾌적감을 갖는 혼방사를 제조하는 방법 또는 혼방 장치.

Claims (3)

  1. 복수의 섬유를 혼방하는 혼방 방법에 있어서, 복수의 섬유 혼방률에 1/f변동을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼방방법.
  2. 복수의 섬유를 혼방하는 혼방기에 있어서, 다른 종류의 섬유 다발을 공급하는 공급부를 각각 설치하며, 각 공급부에서 섬유 다발의 공급량을 1/f변동에 따라 변동시켜서 다른 종류의 섬유 다발을 혼합하여 혼방하며, 다른 종류의 섬유 다발의 혼방률은 1/f변동으로 변동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼방기.
  3. 복수의 섬유를 혼방하는 혼방기에 있어서, 다른 종류의 섬유 다발을 드래프트하는 드래프트 수단을 각각 설치하며, 각 드래프트 수단의 피드 로울러의 회전 속도를 1/f변동에 따라 변동시켜 다른 종류의 섬유 다발을 혼합하여 혼방하며, 두께가 일정하게 다른 종류의 섬유 혼방률이 1/f변동으로 변동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼방기.
