본 발명은 차량용 최초 브레이크 페달을 밟아 작동시킨후 브레이크 페달을 밟지 않아도 브레이크 상태를 유지하도록 한 차량용 브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 차량의 정지시 대부분의 운전자는 습관적 또는 의도적으로 브레이크 페달을 밟고 있는데, 이로 인하여 운전자의 발에 피로는 더욱 가중되는 단점이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 제1통로(13), 제2통로(14)를 형성하되, 상기 제1통로(13)에 체크밸브(12)를 설치한 브레이크 오일관(10)과; 상기 브레이크 오일관(10)의 제1통로(13)와 제2통로(14)를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 작동판(21)을 설치한 작동부(20)로 구성시켜 정차시 계속적으로 브레이크 페달을 밟을 필요가 없어 운전자의 발의 피로를 덜어 주므로 쾌적한 주행환경을 제공하고, 경사로에서 재출발시 차량이 뒤로 밀리는 것을 억제하므로 안전사고 발생을 최소로 줄일 수 있는 것임.The present invention relates to a brake device for a vehicle that maintains a brake state without stepping on the brake pedal after operating the vehicle's first brake pedal.
