Abstract

본 발명은 냉장고 후판의 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 제품별에 따라 그에맞는 고정된 금형장치를 사용하는 대신 해당 벤딩공정 만큼의 길이조정이 자유로운 벤딩 장치를 구비하여 자동화라인을 이루어 서너차례의 벤딩작업으로써 냉장고 후판을 경제적으로 제작할 수 있도록 하며, 그 기술적인 수단으로써는 길이조정이 자유로운 벤딩장치를 이용하여 판상의 후판양측을 수직상방향으로 1차 벤딩한 후에, 1차 벤딩에 의한 제1중심폭의 소정길이 내측을 중심으로 그 양측이 일정각도로경사지게 2차 벤딩시킨 다음에, 2차 벤딩에 의한 제2중심폭의 소정길이 내측 중심으로 제3주심폭을 하방향절곡되게 3차벤딩하여서, 판상의 후판을 3차 벤딩처리하여 소정 절곡형상의 후판으로 제작하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 길이조정이 자유로운 벤딩장치(50)를 사용하여 판상의 후판(40) 양측을 수직상방향으로 1차 벤딩한 후에,1차 벤딩에 의한 제1중심폭(W1)의 소정길이 내측을 중심으로 그 양측이 일정각도로 경사지게 2차 벤딩장치(60)로 2차 벤딩시킨 다음에, 2차 벤딩에 의한 제2중심폭(W2)의 소정길이 내측 중심으로 제3주심폭(W3)을 하방향절곡되게 3차 벤딩장치(70)로 3차 벤딩처리하여서, 판상의 후판(40)을 3차 벤딩되는 소정 절곡형상의 후판(40)으로 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 후판제작방법.
