Claims (3)
- 테두리만 있는 쇠몰드를 쇠몰드 보다 약간 큰 고무판과 철판 위에 올려놓고, 내부에 이형제를 도포한후, 6mm에서 100% 통과하고 1mm에서 5% 이내에서 통과하는 분쇄 폐유리를 중량비로 58% 내지 97%를 사용하고, 100메쉬 이하의 석분을 중량비로 30% 이하의 범위에서 사용하며, 에폭시를 중량비로 3% 내지 12%까지 사용하고, 안료는 무기질안료, 현광, 축광, 금분, 은분, 펄등을 사용하게 되는데 이때 색도에 따라 총중량의 2.5% 이하의 범위에서 사용하며, 이렇게 해서 준비된 재료를 Mixer로 혼합하여 준비된 쇠몰드에 골고루 뿌려 넣는데 이때 물드위로 20%가 되도록 충분히 넣으며, 몰드를 진동기 위에 올려놓고, 상부는 진동, 가압으로 진동가압하여 몰드를 빼낸다음 20℃에서 60℃까지의 온도에서 10시간 이상 양생하여, 바닥의 고무판과 철판을 제거한후, 바닥면을 표면으로 사용하는데 투수계수 10×10-2㎝/ sec, 공극율 12% 이상, 압력강도기준 200㎏/㎠ 이상으로 완성되는 보도용 투수 유리 블럭 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료대신 분쇄한 6㎠ 이하의 자연색상의 돌을 유리의 50% 이하의 범위에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보도용 투수 유리 블럭 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 대신 시멘트를 사용하게 되는데, 이때는 시멘트는 300∼400㎏/㎡ 범위에서 사용하고, 유리는 6mm에서 100통과하고 2mm에서 5% 이내에서 통과하는 분쇄 폐유리를 사용하며, 내부 공극율이 12%로 배합설계하여 유리량을 정하며, 물시멘트비는 30∼40% 범위에서 정하고, 안료사용량은 시멘트 중량의 10% 이내에서 정하며, Mold의 바닥은 콘크리트 양성지연제를 살포하여, 계량, 혼합된 재료를 투입하여 완성하게 되는데 시멘트를 사용한 배합이므로 습도 95% 이상, 온도 65% 이하에서 10시간 이상 양생하여 바닥면을 브러쉬로 유리표면에 묻은 시멘트를 제거하여 완성하는 보도용 유리 투수 블럭 제조방법.
