Abstract

본 발명은 지지체 표면에 도포시키기 위해, 장식용(전)면 및 작용(후)면을 가지는 벽커버링 같은 시트 재료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 한가지 방법은 장식용 표면에 방출층을 도포시키고, 방출층에 패턴을 인쇄시켜 방출층의 부분을 커버하는 단계를 포함한다. 압력-만감성 접착층을 작용 표면에 도포시키면, 시트 재료가 롤링되어 롤이 형성되는 동안에, 압력-민감성 접착층에 패턴이 접착되고, 롤이 풀리는 동안에, 방출층은 압력-만감성 접착층으로 전달된다. 본 발명에 기재된 또다른 방법은 잉크, 접착제 및 방출층을 가지는 장식용 시트를 순차적으로 결합시키는 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 중간시트, 즉 롤링되기 전의 시트 재료를 기재하고 있다.

Claims (26)

  1. 전면 및 후면을 가지는 방출층을 장식용 시트의 장식용 전면상에 도포시켜, 방출층 후면을 장식용 전면에 접촉시키는 단계; 방출층 전면상에 비-점착성 잉크 스페이서의 패턴을 인쇄시키는 단계; 장식용 시트의 후면상에 압력-민감성 접착성 코우팅을 피복시키는 단계; 및 방출층이 접착성 코우팅과 접촉하도록 장식용 시트를 롤링시켜서 스페이서를 방출층에서 접착성 코우팅으로 전달시키는 단계를 포함하는, 장식용 전면 및 후면을 가지는 자체-접착성 장식용 시트의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방출 코우팅을 형성시키기 위하여, 방출층이 장식용 전면상에 코우팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 방출층이 장식용 전면상에 자유롭게 도포되는 방출 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 패턴이 플렉소 인쇄에 방출층상에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 스페이서가 폴리우레탄, 폴리 염화비닐, 아크릴 중합체, 아세트산염, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌 및 그것들의 물리적 또는 화학적 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 스페이서가 폴리 염화비닐 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 재료로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 스페이서가 각각 0.05mil내지 0.50mil의 두께를 가지고, 접착층으로부터 0.05 내지 0.25mil의 높이로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 스페이서가 방출층의 표면적의 5내지 35％를 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 방출층이 종이상에 코우팅된 폴리 염화비닐 및 실리콘-함유 조성물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 장식용 전면 및 후면을 가지는 장식용 시트;장식용 시트의 후면상에 도포되는 압력-민감성 접착층;방출층 전면, 및 장식용 시트의 장식용 전면을 커버하는 방출층 후면을 가지는 방출층; 및 방출층에 인쇄되어 방출층 전면의 부분을 커버하고, 접착층과 분리되는 비-점착성 잉크 스페이서의 패턴을 포함하여, 벽과의 초기 접촉 후에 용이하게 재배치되는 자체-접착성 장식용 시트에 대한 중간시트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 방출층이 장식용 전면에 도포되는 방출 코우팅을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간시트.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 방출층이 장식용 전면과 자유롭게 접촉될 수 있는 방출 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 중간시트.
