Abstract
중합 구역 및 상위에 위치한 기체 유속 강소 구역을 포함하는 하나 이상의 유동상 반응기에서 CH2=CHR의한 종 이상의 기상 올레핀의 연속 중합 공정이 수행된다. 유동상 반응기는 기체 리사이클 배관에 연결되어 있고, 이것은 반응기의 상부에서 유출하는 기체가 압축, 냉각되어 다시 반응 구역하부 위치에 있는 반응기로 이송시키는 수단과 같은 압축 및 냉각 장치를 포함하고 있다. 상기 공정은 구성 단량체 또는 단량체들이 직접적으로 상기 유동상 위의 하나 이상의 위치에서 상기 유동상 반응기로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)
- (A) 각각 하나 이상의 Ti-할로겐 또는 V-할로겐 결합, 마그네슘 할로겐화물 및 임의의 전자 공여성을 가지고 있는 티탄늄 또는 바나듐 화합물; (B) 트리알킬-알루미늄 화합물; (C) 임의의 전자 공여성 화합물 성분들의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 촉매를 사용하여 CH2=CHR식(R은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 12개의 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴 라디칼임)의 한 종 이상의 올레핀의 중합 방법으로, 상기 중합이 중합 구역 및 기체 유속 감소 구역을 포함하는 하나 이상의 유동상 반응기에서 수행되며, 상기 유동상 반응기는 리사이클배관에 연결되어 있고, 반응기의 상부에서 유출하는 기체가 압축, 냉각되어 다시 반응 구역 아래 위치에 있는 반응기로 이송시키는 수단과 같은 압축 및 냉각 장치를 포함하고 있으며, 구성 단량체 또는 단량체들이 직접적으로 상기 유동상 위의 하나 이상의 위치에서 상기 유동상 반응기로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 기상중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합이 탄소수 3 내지 5개의 알칸의 존재하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알칸이 프로판임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기상 반응기로 도입되기전에 촉매 성분들이 하기와 같이 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법; (a) 중합가능한 올레핀류의 부재 혹은 상기 올레핀의 존재하에 고상 촉매 성분(A) 1g당 5g미만의 양으로 촉매성분을 사전에 접촉시킴; (b) 고상 성분(A) 1g 당 10g 내지 10%의 최종 촉매 수율의 양으로 한종 이상의 올레핀 CH2=CHR을 예비 중합항.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 구성 단량체 또는 단량체들이 액체 형태로 기상 반응기로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구성 단량체 또는 단량체들이 예비중합 반응기로부터 유출되는 스트림과 함께 기상 반응기로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기상 중합이 직렬로 연결된 두개 이상의 반응기에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
