Abstract
본 발명은 평판표시소자의 투명전극상에 형광층을 형성할 수 있는 신규한 방법을 개시한다.The present invention discloses a novel method for forming a fluorescent layer on a transparent electrode of a flat panel display device.
투명전극은 형광체나 그 베이스인 PVA와 부착력이 약하여, 중래에는 인쇄법외에는 투명전극상에 형광층을 형성할 수 없으므로 FED나 LCD의 구성에 많은 문제가 있었다.The transparent electrode has a weak adhesion with the phosphor or its base PVA, and since the fluorescent layer cannot be formed on the transparent electrode except for the printing method, there have been many problems in the construction of the FED or LCD.
