Abstract
본 발명은 이트륨 또는 홀뮴 수산화물 및 pKa가 2.5내지 5.0인 일가 산의 음이온을 기재로 하고, 80%이상의 비율로 물에 재분산되며, 주로 콜로이드 분산액 형태로 존재하는 고상형 화합물에 관한 것이다. 이 화합물은 이트륨 또는 홀뮴 수산화물 및 pKa가 2.5내지 5.0인 일가 산의 음이온을 기재로 하는 콜로이드 분산액을 분무 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법으로 얻는다. 화합물은 물에 재분산시켰을 때, 기질을 코팅하는데 사용될 수 있는 콜로이드 현탁액을 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- 이트륨 또는 홀뮴 수산화물 및 pKa가 2.5내지 5.0인 일가 산의 음이온을 기재로 하고, 80%이상의 비율로 물에 재분산되며, 주로 콜로이드 분산액 형태로 존재하는 고상형 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콜로이드 분산액 형태로 60% 이상, 보다 특히 75%이상 물에 재분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제1항에 또는 2항에 있어서, 입도가 10㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 일반식에 해당함을 특징으로 하는 화합물.RE(A)x(OH)3-x식 중, RE는 이트륨 또는 홀뮴을 나타내고, A는 상기 일가 산의 음이온을 나타내고, x는 2.5 미만이고 1 초과이다.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산이 아세트산임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 이트륨 또는 홀뮴 수산화물 및 pKa가 2.5내지 5.0인 일가 산의 음이온을 기재로 하는 콜로이드 분산액을 분무 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항 기재 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드 분산액을 이트륨 또는 홀뮴 산화물을 상기 산과 반응시키고, 이렇게 얻은 반응 혼합물을 가열함으로서 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항 기재 화합물을 재현탁시켜 얻음을 특징으로 하는 콜로이드 분산액.
- 제8항에 있어서, 콜로이드의 유체역학적 평균 직경이 5 내지 20㎚임을 특징으로 하는 콜로이드 분산액.
- 기질 상에 코팅을 제조하기 위한 제8항 및 9항 중 어느 한 항 기재 분산액의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
