Abstract

본 발명은 선택된 기능에 따라 마그네트론에 인가되는 전압의 크기를 차등제어하는 것에 의해 전체 출력에너지의 크기를 조절하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 출력조절장치는 입력교류전압(AC)을 소정의 크기로 승압하는 2차권선을 구비한 트랜스포머(HVT), 트랜스포머(HVT)에 의하여 승압된 교류전압을 배압 및 정류하는 콘덴서(HVC), 다이오드(HVD) 및 상기 배압정류된 전압에 의해 구동되어 고주파수의 전자파를 발생시키는 마그네트론(MGT)을 구비하여 식품을 가열하는 전자레인지에 있어서, 트랜스포머(HVT)의 2차권선의 소정의 권수마다에 구비된 다수의 전압분할단자에 각각 연결되는 복수개의 릴레이스위치들(RY3-RY5, RYn) 및 선택된 가열 또는 조리기능에 따라 마그네트론(MGT)에 공급될 전압의 크기 및 구동시간을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 구동시간동안 상기 산출된 전압의 크기에 상응하는 스위치수단이 페위치로 절환되도록 제어하는 제어부(40')를 구비한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 입력교류전압(AC)을 소정의 크기로 승압하는 2차권선을 구비한 트랜스포머(HVT), 상기 트랜스포머(HVT)에 의하여 승압된 교류전압을 배압 및 정류하는 콘데서(HVC)와 다이오드(HVD) 및 상기 배압정류된 전압에 의해 구동되어 고주파수의 전자파를 발생시키는 마그네트론(MGT)을 구비하여 식품을 가열하는 전자레인지에 있어서, 트랜스포머(HVT)의 2차권선의 소정의 권수마다에 구비된 다수의 전압분할단자에 각각 연결되는 복수개의 스위치수단들(RY3-RY5, RYn) 및 선택된 가열 또는 조리기능에 따라 마그네트론(MGT)에 공급될 전압의 크기 및 구동시간을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 구동시간동안 상기 산출된 전압의 크기에 상응하는 스위치수단이 폐위치로 절환되도록 제어하는 제어부(40')를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치수단들(RY3-RY5, RYn)은 릴레이스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
  3. 고주파수의 전자파를 발생시키는 마그네트론(MGT)에 공급되는 전압의 크기를 다단계로 조절할 수 있는 전자레인지에 있어서, 선택된 가열 또는 조리기능을 입력받는 과정; 상기 선택된 가열조리기능에 해당하는 마그네트론(MGT)의 출력수준 및 구동시간을 산출하는 과정 및 상기 산출된 구동시간동안 상기 산출된 출력수준에 해당하는 전압을 지속적으로 인가하여 마그네트론(MGT)으 FRN동시키는 과정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력조절장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 출력수준 및 구동시간은 상기 선택된 가열조절기능에 따라 각각 다단계로 구분가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력조절방법.
