Abstract

본 발명은 디젤엔진의 흡입공기량 증대장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 디젤엔진의 흡입공기량 증대장치는, 흡기관(28)의 외면에 제공되고 흡입행정일 때 작동되는 제1전자석(10), 제1전자석(10)으로 부터 실린더(14)를 향하여 일정거리만큼 이격되어 흡기관(28)의 외면에 제공되며 압축·폭발·배기행정일 때 작동되는 제2전자석(12), 흡기관(28)의 내부에 제공되어 제1 및 제2전자석(10,12)의 작동에 따라 왕복이동될 수 있게 되고 그 일부분에는 공기유동구멍(22)이 형성되는 피스톤(18), 및 피스톤(18)의 공기유동구멍(22)를 개폐시키기 위해 실린더(14)를 향하는 피스톤(18)의 외면에 설치되게 되는 체크밸브(20)을 구비한다.
본 발명의 상기 구성에 따라, 디젤엔진의 연소실로 유입되는 공기가 압축된 상태로 공급되므로 연소실내의 단위면적당 공기량이 증대되어 엔진출력이 향상된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 디젤엔진의 흡입공기량 증대장치에 있어서, 흡기관(28)의 외면에 제공되고 흡입행정일 때 작동되는 제1전자석(10), 제1전자석(10)으로 부터 실린더(14)를 향하여 일정거리만큼 이격되어 흡기관(28)의 외면에 제공되며 압축·폭발·배기행정일 때 작동되는 제2전자석(12), 흡기관(28)의 내부에 제공되어 제1 및 제2전자석(10,12)의 작동에 따라 왕복이동될 수 있게 되고 그 일부분에는 공기유동구멍(22)가 형성되는 피스톤(18), 및 피스톤(18)의 공기유동구멍(22)를 개폐시키기 위해 실린더(14)를 향하는 피스톤(18)의 외면에 설치되게 되는 체크밸브(20)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 흡입공기량 증대장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2전자석(10,12)가 캠축의 외면에 형성되는 돌기부들에 접촉되는 전극에 의해 선택적으로 전원공급을 받게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 흡입공기량 증대장치.
