Abstract

본 발명은 한쌍의 판스프링을 이용한 간단한 구조에 의해서 두개의 파이프부재를 견고하게 결합시키고, 별도의 후가공처리나 고정장치나 불필요함으로서 원가절감을 이루며, 결합후에는 회전이 자유로운 상태로 두개의 파이프부재가 쉽게 연결되는 파이프 이음구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 일정크기의 내경을 갖추고, 내부에는 탄성결합 수단이 탈착가능하도록 끼워지는 외측 파이프 부재;와 상기 외측 파이프부재의 내경에 삽입가능한 직경을 갖춘 끼움부가 일측단부에 형성되고, 상기 끼움부의 선단에는 상기 탄성결합수단으로 끼워져서 역방향으로의 후진이 방지되는 고정수단이 형성된 내측파이프 부재;를 포함하느너 파이프 이음구조를 제공한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 복수개의 파이프부재를 서로 결합시키는 파이프 이음구조에 있어서, 일정크기의 내경(d1)을 갖추고, 내부에는 탄성결합수단(5)이 탈착가능하도록 끼워지는 외측파이프 부재(10);와, 상기 외측파이프부재(10)의 내경에 삽입가능한 직경을 갖춘 끼움부(22)가 일측단부에 형성되고, 상기 끼움부(22)의 선단에는 상기 탄성결합 수단(5)으로 끼워져서 역방향으로의 후진이 방지되는 고정수단(24)이 형성된 내측파이프 부재(20)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성결합수단(5)은 한쌍의 동일한 구조의 판스프링(16a)(16b)으로 이루어지고, 상기 판스프링 (16a)(16b)은 외측파이프 부재(10)의 사각돌기 (14a)(14b)에 끼워지는 사각구멍(17a)(17b)을 형성한 직선부(18a)(18b)와, 상기 직선부(18a)(18b)에 각각 절곡부(19a)(19b)를 통하여 일체로 연결된 호형곡선부(25a)(25b)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 호형절곡부(25a)(25b)의 곡률과 끼움부(22)의 곡률은 서로 동일하게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(24)은 끼움부(22)의 원주방향으로 일정높이로 형성된 고리형의 돌출턱(26)으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 돌출력(26)에는 중심을 가로지르를 대각방향으로형 오목요홈(27a)(27b)이 형성되며, 상기 오목요홈(27a)(27b) 내부로는 외측 파이프부재(10)의 사각돌기(14a)(14b)가 삽입가능함을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음구조.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 끼움부(22)의 돌출턱(26) 반대측으로는 내측파이프 부재(20)에 대하여 외측 파이프부재(10)를 안내하기 위한 경사면(32)과, 이에 연이은 끼움턱(35)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 파이프 이음구조.
