Abstract

본 발명은 도로의 포장공사에 사용되는 타이어식의 아스팔트 다짐기의 아스팔트의 노면 다짐작업시에 작업여건에 맞추어 융통성있게 박리제를 살포하여 주도록 하면서도, 박리제의 살포작업이 용이하도록 하여 주는 아스팔트 다짐기의 박리제 살포장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 기술적 구성상의 특징은; 아스팔트 다짐기(100)의 본체 상부측 일정위치에 안치되어 박리제를 저장하여 주는 저장탱크(10)와; 상기 저장탱크(10)와 연결되어 아스팔트 다짐기(100)의 전,후방측으로 연장되는 공급관부(20)와; 상기 공급잔부(20)의 중간에 설치되어 박리제의 공급을 단속하여 주는 개폐밸브(30)와; 상기 공급관부(20)와 연결되어 각각의 분사노즐(41)들을 가지는 전,후방측의 분배관(40a)(40b)들로 구성되는 아스팔트 다짐기의 박리제 살포장치이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 아스팔트 다짐기(100)의 본체 상부측 일정위치에 안치되어 박리제를 저장하여 주는 저장탱크(10)와; 상기 저장탱크(10)와 연결되어 아스팔트 다짐기(100)의 전,후방측으로 연장되는 공급관부(20)와; 상기 공급관부(20)의 중간에 설치되어 박리제의 공급을 단속하여 주는 개폐밸브(30)와; 상기 공급관부(20)와 연결되어 각각의 분사노줄(41)들을 가지는 전,후방측의 분배관(40a)(40b)들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 다짐기의 박리제 살포장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저장탱크(10)와 공급관부(20) 사이에 설치되도록 하여, 저장탱크(10)로부터 유출되는 박리제를 적정한 압력으로 공급되도록 하여 주는 가압수단(50)이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 다짐기의 박리제 살포장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가압수단(50)은 외부의 전원으로 동작되는 압축펌프(50a)로서 적용되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 다짐기의 박리제 살포장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가압수단(50)은 내부에 압축산소가 내장된 압축탱크(50b)로서 직용되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 다짐기의 박리제 살포장치.
