Abstract

본 발명은 가열 경화형 공업용 도료에 바인더로 사용되는 가능성 아크릴 수지 중, 내 가스 첵킹, 고 내식성용 아크릴 수지에 관한 것으로 가교제와 더불어 도막 형성시 내 가스 첵킹성을 부여하고, 하도 도장 공정 없이 상도 도장만으로 상, 하도 2회 도장한 효과를 볼 수 있도록 고 내식성 기능을 부여해 제조된 기능성 아크릴 수지 조성물로서, 반응성 입실론-카프로락톤계 아크릴 올리고머 유도체를 합성 수지조성에 대해 2 내지 50중량%, 글리시딜기를 함유하고 있는 아크릴 단계체를 1 내지 30중량%, 메타크릴산 1 내지 30중량%로 사용하여 유리전이 온도 0 내지 50℃, 분자량 40,000 내지 60,000으로 합성한 가능성 아크릴 수지 조성물이 제공된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 기능성 아크릴 공중합물 중 그 구성이 반응성 입실론-카프로락톤계 아크릴 올리고머 유도체를 2 내지 50중량% 사용하여 합성한 아크릴 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 공중합물의 구성이 글리시딜기를 함유하고 있는 아크릴 단량체를 1 내지 30중량% 사용한 아크릴 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 메타크릴산을 1 내지 30중량%로 사용하여 합성한 아크릴 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1, 2, 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 유리전이 온도 0 내지 50℃, 분자량 40,000 내지 60,000으로 합성된 기능성 아크릴 수지 조성물.
