일반적으로 압출시멘트제 문틀은 소정형상을 갖는 부재를 윗틀과 밑틀 및 양측 선틀부재로 구분 절단하여 이들의 각 모서리를 연귀맞춤하므로서 형성케 되는데, 이러한 연귀맞춤은 양단이 ∠45°로 절단된 경사접면부에 접착제를 도포하여 접합토록 하고 있는바, 접착제가 굳을 때까지 각 경사 접면부가 긴밀히 접촉된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 수단이 요구되어 실용신안등록 제 44742호 및 제 44743호와 같은 압출시멘트제 문틀의 연귀맞춤구조가 제안되었으나, 이들은 단순히 ㄴ자형으로 되는 봉체 또는 각체로 구성되므로서 원자재를 다량 소비할 뿐만 아니라 봉체로 되는 체결금구의 외연에 접착제를 도포하여 중공부 또는 요홈에 끼우도록 되어 있어 봉체를 끼우는 과정에서 접착제가 중공부 또는 요홈의 선단으로 밀려나와 볼록한 상태로 굳어지게 되므로 이 부분이 각 경사접면부를 접합하는데 장해 요인으로 작용하여 완벽한 접합을 기대할 수가 없었으며, 중공부 또는 요홈의 크기가 체결금구의 지름 및 두께보다 작거나 클 경우 체결이 불가능하였음은 물론 특히, 연귀맞춤이 완료된 문틀을 천정과 바닥면 및 양측벽 사이에 기히 형성된 문틀설치 공간부에 설치함에 있어 모르타르(mortar)를 사춤하기 위한 간격을 유지시킬 수 있는 기능이 전무하여 바닥면과 밑틀부재 사이의 양측에 의장등록 제 93608호로 제안된 바와 같은 창문용 고정용 쐐기나 벽돌 및 나무조각등으로 간격을 띄워준다음 간격에 모르타르 사춤작업을 실시하였는 바, 이는 원하는 만큼의 간격을 띄워주기가 매우 어려울 뿐만 아니라 양측의 간격이 균일하지 못하여 문틀이 완벽하게 수평을 유지하기가 어려웠음은 물론 사춤된 모르타르가 양생된 다음에는 쐐기를 뽑아내고 뽑아낸 공간부에 재차 사춤작업을 실시하여야만 하므로 인력 및 작업시간이 과다하게 소요되었던 것이다.In general, extruded cement door frame is formed by dividing a member having a predetermined shape into a top frame, a bottom frame and both side frame members, and meticulously fitting each corner thereof.
