Abstract

본 발명은 하기식(I)의 화합물에 관한다.
식중, A가 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬카보닐, C1-4알콕시카보닐, 페녹시, 니트로 또는 시아노이고; R1및 R2중 하나가 임의 치환된 이소퀴놀린이고 나머지는 수소, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로 알킬, 할로겐 또는 시아노이거나; 또는 A가 수소이고 R2가 메틸이고, R1이 4-t-부틸피리드-2-일, 4-t-부틸피리미딘-2-일, 5-메틸-6-이소-프로폭시피리미딘-4-일 또는 4-(C1-4클로로 플루오로알킬)피리드-2-일임.

Claims (7)

  1. 하기식(I)의 화합물에 관한다.
    식중, A가 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬카보닐, C1-4알콕시카보닐, 페녹시, 니트로 또는 시아노이고; R1및 R2중 하나가 임의 치환된 이소퀴놀린이고 나머지는 수소, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로 알킬, 할로겐 또는 시아노이거나; 또는 A가 수소이고 R2가 메틸이고, R1이 4-t-부틸피리드-2-일, 4-t-부틸피리미딘-2-일, 5-메틸-6-이소-프로폭시피리미딘-4-일 또는 4-(C1-4클로로 플루오로알킬)피리드-2-일임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, A가 수소, R2가 메틸이고 R1이 하나이상의 할로겐, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬티오, C1-4할로알킬티오, C1-4하이드록시알킬, C1-4알콕시, (C1-4)알킬, C1-4알콕시, (C1-4)알콕시, (C1-4)알킬, 니트로, 시아노, COR’, NR’R’’, OCOR’, 하이드록시, 머캅토, C2-4알케닐, C2-4알키닐, C2-4알케닐옥시, C2-4알키닐옥시, C3-6싸이클로알킬, C3-6싸이클로알킬 (C1-4)알킬, NHCOR’ 또는 CONR’R’’[식중, R’ 및 R’’는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4알킬티오, C3-6싸이클로알킬 또는 C3-6싸이클로알킬 (C1-4) 알킬이거나 또는 방향족 부분이 할로겐, C1-4알킬 또는 C1-4알콕시로 임의 치환된 페닐, 페녹시, 벤질 또는 벤질옥시임]으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 이소퀴놀린인 식(I)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, A가 수소, R2가 메틸이고, R1이 하나 이상의 할로겐, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알킬 또는 C1-4할로알콕시로 치환되거나 치환되지않은 이소퀴놀린인 식(I)의 화합물.
  4. 표 1에 나타낸 화합물들중 어느 하나의 화합물.
  5. a)염기성 조건하에 하기 식(II)의 화합물을 하기식(III)의 옥심 염과 반응시키는 방법
    식중, X는 이탈그룹이고 A는 제1항 또는 제4항에서 정의한 바와같은,
    식중, R1및 R2는 제1항 또는 제4항에서 정의한 바와같음. b) 하기식(XV)의 화합물을 하기식(XI)의 화합물로 처리시키는 방법
    식중, A, R1및 R2는 제1항 또는 제4항에서 정의한 바와같음; 또는 c) 하기식 (IX)의 화합물을 CH3L(식중:L은 이탈그룹임)의 화합물로 처리시키는 방법
    식중, R5는 금속원자이고 A, R1및 R2는 제1항 또는 제4항에서 정의한 바와 같음; 또는 d) 산성 또는 염기성 조건하에 하기식(IV)의 화합물로부터 메탄올 성분들을 제거시키는 방법
    식중, A, R1및 R2는 제1항 또는 제4항에서 정의한 바와같음; 또는 e) 하기식(X)는 케토에스테르를 메톡시메틸화제로 처리시키는 방법.
    식중, A, R1및 R2는 제1항 또는 제4항에서 정의한 바와같음을 포함하는 식(I)의 화합물 제조방법.
  6. 활성성분으로는 제1항 또는 제4항에서 청구한 화합물과 이의 살균제로 용이할만한 담체 또는 희석제로 구성되는 살균 조성물.
  7. 제1항 또는 제4항에서 청구한 화합물 또는 제6항에서 청구한 조성물을 살균제로 용인할만한 양으로 식물에, 식물의 종자에, 또는 식물의 재배지 또는 종자 보관 장소에 사용하는 것으로 구성되는 균퇴치 방법.
