Abstract
본 발명은 혈관내에서와 같이 내강의 개방성을 유지하기 위해 생물에 적합한 재료(39)의 판(11)으로부터 관형부(12)로 형성된 파형 패턴(13)을 갖는 가요성 스텐트(10)를 제공한다. 스텐트의 파형 패턴은 예로서 판을 광화학적으로 에칭하고 골조(44)또는 다수의 폐쇄된 셀(17, 18, 19)을 남김으로써 가요성 생물에 적합한 재료의 평판으로부터 형성된다. 파형 패턴은 팽창된 공급 카테테르 벌룬(35)주위에 관형부로 형성되고, 폐쇄된 셀의 세그멘트(24, 25)는 삽입되며 스텐트를 따라 종방향 연장되는 보강부재(14)와만 중첩된다. 스텐트 재료는 재료의 마찰계수를 감소시키고 스텐트의 반경방향팽창을 벌룬을 가지고 도웁기 위해서 처리된다. 방사선 반투과 표시기(41, 42)는 스텐트를 막힌 부위에 위치시키는데 있어서 의사를 돕기 위해 스텐트의 단부(15, 16)에 위치된다.

제1도는 판형 재료로부터 관형 및 중첩 상태로 파형 패턴을 가진 본 발명의 장착되지 않은 가요성 스텐트의 양호한 실시예의 개략도.
제2도는 폐쇄된 셀의 세그멘트가 스텐트의 보강부재위에 한번 이상 가로지르는 중첩 상태의 본 발명의 장착되지 않은 가요성 스텐트의 다른 실시예의 개략도.
제3도는 팽창된 중첩되지 않은 상태로 혈관내에 위치된 제1도의 스텐트의 개략도.
제4도는 공급 카테테르 별룬 주위에 위취되고 막힌 부위에 도입된 중첩 상태의 제1도의 스텐트의 부분적 단면을 포함한 종방향 측면도.
제5도는 중첩된 상태의 제4도의 스텐트의 부분 확대도.
제6도는 제5도의 6-6선에 따른 스텐트의 단면도.

Claims (10)
- 샘물에 적합한 재료(39)의 판(11)으로 형성되고, 종방향연장되는 보강부재(14)와, 상기 보강부재로부터 횡방향 연장되는 다수의 셀(17, 18, 19)을 포함하는 패턴(13)을 포함하며, 상기 다수의 셀은 각각 고정된 크기의 애퍼쳐(22)와, 상기 고정된 크기의 애퍼쳐 주위에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되고 상기 보강부재로부터 횡방향 연장되는 세그멘트(24, 25)를 가지며, 상기 셀의 각각의 세그멘트는 상기 셀의 인접한 횡방향 연장되는 세그멘트로부터 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 스탠스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 관형부(12)로 형성되고, 상기 셀의 각각의 세그멘트는 상기 패턴이 상기 관형의 형태로 있을 때에 자체 세그멘트 또는 상기 셀의 인접한 횡방향 연장 세그멘트와 중첩되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 스탠스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관형부는 반경 방향으로 변경가능하고, 상기 패턴은 관형 형태로 있을 때 상기 관형부가 반경방향으로 변경될 때 서로 이동되는 상기 관형부의 종방향 축과 정렬된 제1최외곽 모서리(20)와 제2최외곽 모서리(21)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 스텐트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 관형 형태로 있을 때 상기 셀의 적어도 한세그멘트는 상기 보강부재와 중첩되고, 상기 보강부재와 함께 상기 보강부재를 따라서 상기 재료의 관의 두께의 두배를 넘지않는 조합된 두께(29)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 스텐트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 패턴의 상기 셀은 관형 형태에 있을 때에 서로의 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 상기 재료의 판내에서 애칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료의 판은 마찰계수를 가진 표면을 가지며, 상기 표면은 상기 마찰계수를 낮추는 처리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 스텐트.
- 생물에 적합한 재료(39)의 판(11)으로부터 관형부(12)로 형성되고, 종방향 연장되는 보강부재(14)와, 상기 보강부재로부터 횡방향 연장되는 다수의 삽입된 셀(17, 18, 19)을 포함하며, 관형 형태로 있을때에 선택된 셀만이 상기 보강 부재와 중첩되는 중첩 상태를 갖는 패턴(13)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 관형 스텐트(10).
- 벌룬 팽창성 스텐트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 초기 표면 영역(43)을 갖는 가요성 재료(39)의 판(11)을 제공하는 단계와, 상기 판이 상기 초기 표면 영역에 비해 작은 표면 영역을 갖는 통합된 지지부재(24, 25, 26)의 골조(49)가 되도록 상기 가요성 재료의 판의 주요부(44)를 제거하는 단계와, 상기 골조가 적어도 부분적 원통형 표면(34)을 한정하도록 상기 골조를 원통형 맨드릴(38)주위에 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌룬 팽창성 스텐트 제조방법.
- 판(11)이 원통형 표면(34)을 한정하도록 종방향 축주위에 배치된 통합된 지지부재(24, 25, 26)의 골조(49)가 되도록 제거된 상기 재료의 부분(44)을 갖는 가요성 재료(39)의 판(11)을 포함하며, 상기 원통형 표면은 스텐트를 혈관내에 통로에 공급하기 위해 축소된 직경을 가지며, 상기 통로를 개방 상태로 유지하기 위해 축소된 직경으로부터 팽창된 직경으로 소성적으로 팽창가능하고, 상기 원통형 표면은 축소된 직경과 팽창된 직경 사이에 중첩 재료가 없는 직경의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트(10).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
